sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase

has been completed and the product has been delivered.

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" because:

• You receive immediate access to the complete product upon purchase

• The content is downloadable and permanently accessible to you

• Once accessed, we cannot verify if the product has been used or copied

• Digital goods cannot be physically returned

• File corruption or inability to open the file

• Product not received within 24 hours

• Missing content from the product

Technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund, but we will ensure you

receive functional access to your purchased product.

5. Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization (e.g., fraudulent

payment provider.

We take unauthorized purchases seriously and will investigate and address each

case individually.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered

a violation of our Terms of Service. Chargebacks may result in:

• Blacklisting from future purchases

• Legal action to recover chargeback fees and costs
